Not happy with the ebook? Email support@arotales.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and we'll refund the full amount — even if you're only a few pages in.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via ZiniPay. Once approved, they normally appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.

What happens to your download access

Your download links stop working once the refund is processed. You don't need to delete anything; the links simply won't resolve.

Transactions errors

If you were charged but never received your download, contact us — we'll fix it immediately, no questions asked.
